I am in awe over the benefits of Transformational Breath®. I look forward to every session and can´t wait to learn more, feel more, and dive deeper into my senses and spiritual awareness. I have met tensions I didn´t know were there, explosive feelings of grief, and then beautiful sensations of healing, joy, unconditional love, and light with guidance through my body, passing from one spot to the other. Now that the trigger points are indicated, I go deeper, I touch a tender spot, and suddenly I feel something elsewhere in my body, or it moves with every breath of life and letting go. The body does the magic. My sessions flow from 10 min up to 90 min per session. Amazed! I just feel so much flow going through my body, like I am teaching my body to live and breathe for the first time. I sense how quick I am to go back into old breathing patterns in my daily life, but happy when I realize my breathing is closing down because I can open up again. I am so amazed at how quickly I am into the life force in the sessions. I have tried other forms of breathing, but this approach corresponds with me, where the focus on listening to the body, feeling, sensing, letting go, breath mapping, body mapping, affirmations, etc., is integrated.
