Your video lessons will require between 60 and 90 minutes per month. Required reading materials will vary but will need around 30 minutes per month. You will also have access to the recorded coaching calls for the three previous cycles. Each recorded call is between 60 and 90 minutes.

To join this program, you must have taken Transformational Breath® Levels 1 to 4A or higher.

In our training programs, we build a strong foundation. However, because of the levels of experience and readiness of participants and time constraints, we cannot share all the information. There are more profound, expanded processes and knowledge to give. We now have a platform and a team to do that. 

For Group Leaders and Trainers, this course will take your process, understanding, and effectiveness to another level, deepening what you share in all areas. For Facilitators, it will be a body of knowledge to tap into and use anytime.
